Thanks Cyndi! It was angry today (the sprain, not the bone) and I used that ice pack and it made the pain much more tolerable.

I love topical Arnica. I had no idea some of the other herbal remedies for pain and inflammation. I’m going to look up all of the Earthly stuff now. You always have great suggestions for the more natural remedies to complement the pharmaceutical stuff.

Arnica is amazing!! I think you’ll really like Earthley. We have been a serious tincture-drinking family since January. Also the magnesium lotion is incredible before going to sleep. I’m happy to help, I’m all about that East meets West mentality.

I joined fibromyalgia groups because of you, and it’s brought me a lot of information and people who understand what I’m going through. I have treatment resistant major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder and fibromyalgia and crohns and bone on bone knee arthritis that needs surgery. I have so much going on, it’s nice to have people to talk to. Thank you!

Thank you! Yes I agree. Community has been such an integral part of my healing. Also I was thinking about you when I wrote “find some migraine buddies.” 🙂

Activated Charcoal Masks are also great for insect bites. I have horrible reactions to mosquito bites—I keep mask in the camper and can apply it, wait 15 minutes and then perk it off/wash. It’s amazing how quick the redness and itchiness go away!

Yes I forgot about that, thank you for bringing that up! I use the Stripper mask on insect bites all the time. The charcoal really does help with the itchiness.

I have been chronic for almost 17yrs now. And some of this I knew but some I didn’t. I’m grateful that you’ve put all this together.
